2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 300 pieces (equivalent to 150 pairs of ski ties, as each set includes two pieces in one polybag).

3. Can I customize the color, size, or shape?

4. How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production time is around 19 business days after confirmation of your order and payment.
We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, with free delivery included.

On request, we can also send pre-production samples (charges may apply).
